Certification of factory production control
Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH received the welding certificate for welding of steel structures according to DIN EN 1090-2 execution class EXC 3 according to EN 1090-2 for the welding processes
- 111, manual arc welding (E)
- 135, MAG welding with solid wire electrode (tMAG)
- 783, drawn arc stud welding with ceramic ring or shielding gas (BH)
This certificate according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 is valid until 22.05.2026.
Certification QM system
In September 2021, the VdS successfully carried out the recertification audit for our QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. The certificate was issued by VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH in Cologne, which is accredited as a certification body for quality management systems by DAkkS - Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH.
The QM certificate is valid until 14.09.2024.
Stahlbauten Klasse E
In April 2023 an inspection was carried out by DVS ZERT GmbH mi Ibb.
Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH can manufacture load-bearing components and kits for steel structures up to and including EXC3 in accordance with EN 1090-2. The certificate is valid until 22.05.2026.
This certificate attests that all provisions on the assessment and verification of constancy of performance described in Annex AZ of the harmonized standard EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 are applied in accordance with System 2+ and that the factory production control meets all the requirements prescribed therein.
