As part of the development project: 

"Development of a cost-effective production process for solid prefabricated houses for disaster areas"

a formwork has been developed which makes it possible to produce the complete kit for a prefabricated solid house in just one work process of concreting.

The battery formworks are designed in such a way that the molds for the finished parts are arranged in a space-saving manner in juxtaposed vertical chambers. All visible wall surfaces are formed by the steel plate surfaces of the formwork and are therefore absolutely smooth. This eliminates the smoothing of the surface which is necessary for the horizontal production of reinforced concrete.

This project was developed in cooperation with the company B.T. innovation GmbH Magdeburg.
